TFA does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on items sold in our online store. Please review our size charts carefully. If an item is damaged or broken in transit, please contact us at email@example.com to work out replacement details.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
